International Organizations MBA
The International Organizations MBA (IO-MBA) is a full-time (1 year) or part-time MBA program (2-3 years) with a cutting-edge curriculum of 24 modules connecting the organizations’ context with contemporary management tools and techniques with modules such as:
- Governance & Management Challenges in the UN
- Designing Development Projects
- Change Management
- Social Entrepreneurship
- Communication, Fundraising & Advocacy
Executive Diploma & Certificate
The Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) & the Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in International Organizations Management allow participants to build their own flexible program to level their expertise in NPO Management.
DAS (10 modules - 30 ECTS) & CAS (6 modules - 18 ECTS) are academically accredited and modules can be followed over a period of 1 to 3 years.
Classes are small, which enhances participation and interaction with our faculty who are leading practitioners and academics from all over the world. We are fortunate to have lecturers from the following organizations and academic institutions leading our courses:
University of Geneva, Columbia, Oxford as well as UNAIDS, UNICEF, World Economic Forum, ILO, Médecins sans frontières (MSF) and many others.

The IO-MBA program and the University of Geneva have introduced a new scholarship program for the 2017-2018 intake.
This scholarship program has the objective to encourage and facilitate the participation of candidates coming from abroad to Geneva, candidates coming from low and middle income countries as well as candidates working in a Nonprofit Organization.
